Are You Dreading Salary Negotiations Because You’re Afraid Of Conflicts?

September 6, 2018

Dear Friend,

Are you dreading salary negotiations because you’re afraid of conflicts?

In a recent article from The New York Times author A.C. Shilton brings up the topic of how to excel at negotiating your salary even if you dislike conflicts. Shilton herself admits to never have negotiated to increase her fees while freelancing for 10 years,
“If a fee is too low, I’ll simply decline the assignment and move on.”

We have learned that women view negotiations as something to avoid and “fold” out of, while men think of negotiations as a sport and often “raise” to compete at.

PokerDivas want to change this!
Everyone who as attends one of our events is given tools on how to become a better negotiator as we use the strategies of poker to enhance your leadership, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
It is time for you to step up your game and take control!

What Clients Are Saying

How often do you find books that promise to teach you everything there is to know about playing poker? Too often, that’s how. So, when another “how to play” book comes along, the poker world barely rears its head in acknowledgement. But, when something entirely new comes along, the entire poker world practically stands at attention. And this time, with “PokerWoman” gracing the shelves, it seems as if the whole world will be standing alongside the poker enthusiasts. You see, this book isn’t about winning at poker – it’s about winning at work, love, and life through poker.
